preserving our legacy.
the messy.
The magical.
The beautiful.

Throughout my photography journey, I’ve sought to understand why documenting our lives matters. I believe it’s because we want to showcase our effort to create a beautiful life and be remembered by future generations. To preserve our legacy.
…looking back at the photo is often more exciting than the event itself.

And while I understand the urge to capture only our best moments on film, I’ve always been passionate about truth and authenticity. REAL LIFE – full of seen and unseen moments, perfect AND imperfect, that shows who we are and what our lives truly consist of, our WHOLE lives.
And in that one perfect photo, we can hold onto memories of our loved ones long after they’re gone.

End-of-Life photography!
Why the shift? Because I believe that every part of life is beautiful and worth documenting, even when our loved ones transition, maybe especially then.
I know in my experience, I would go back in heartbeat to get a photo of me holding my grandma’s hand, laying in bed with her, or playing one of our last card games together…
I intend to shift towards a style more aligned with my identity as an artist, allowing me to preserve legacies with a fresh perspective. Feel free to message me with your needs, and we can create something you’ll love, or you can just say hi!
